高校要理直气壮地办好思政课,善用“大思政课”铸魂育人,需要通过发挥课堂教学主渠道作用、提高思政课教育教学水平、形成思政课质量提升长效机制,建设形成思政课的良好生态。构建良好的高校思政课生态,提升教学质量是本体圈层,加强顶层设计是基础圈层,营造良好氛围是条件圈层,提升服务水平是保障圈层。在构建高校思政课良好生态的过程中,要树立“大思政课”的系统观念,坚持“跳出课堂看教学”的辩证思维,贯彻“围绕教学抓落实”的战略举措,切实解决高校思政课建设中存在的落实中央要求不力、课堂监管流于形式、教师业务能力提升不畅、学生思想认识不到位、其他课堂不能与思政课堂形成合力等问题。
