一种电缆网及其插头插拔状态的检测方法

摘要 在航天器等大型系统设备的总装和测试过程中,其电缆网需要频繁建立各种不同的电连接器连接状态。为避免因电缆网插头错插、脱落等原因影响系统总装、测试,甚至造成系统产品损毁,设计了一种电缆网及其插头插拔状态的检测方法。通过设计分析和试验验证,该种电缆网及其插头插拔状态的检测方法具备快速检测电缆网中各插头插拔状态的功能,可以极大地提高航天器等大型系统设备的电缆网插头插拔状态的检测效率和准确率。 In the process of assembly and testing of large system equipment such as spacecraft,its cable network needs to frequently establish various electrical connector connection states,so as to avoid affecting the general assembly and testing of the system,or even causing damage to the system product due to the wrong insertion and fall off of the cable network plug.This paper designs a method to detect the plug and unplug status of cable network and its plugs.Through design analysis and test verification,this method has the ability to quickly detect the plug and unplug status of each plug in the cable network,which can greatly improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of large system equipment such as spacecraft.
