梅花鹿体重与体尺指标的相关及回归分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文旨在研究梅花鹿体重与体尺指标的相关性及回归分析,为梅花鹿性能测定提供参考。试验选取营养状况良好、健康的成年梅花鹿公、母各30头,测量体重与体尺指标[体高(x1)、体斜长(x2)、管围(x3)、胸围(x4)和臀端高(x5)],利用SPSS 25.0软件对梅花鹿体重与体尺指标进行相关性分析、通径分析和逐步回归分析,并对其中相关系数进行分解,得到体重与体尺指标之间的最优回归方程。结果表明,除臀端高外,梅花鹿公鹿的体尺指标包括体高、体斜长、管围及胸围均与体重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);梅花鹿母鹿的体尺指标均与体重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。体高、体斜长和胸围主要通过直接作用影响体重,而管围、臀端高主要通过间接作用影响体重。梅花鹿公鹿体重与体尺间的最优回归方程为y=-208.609+2.097x1+6.761x3+0.963x40.809x5(R^(2)=0.796,P<0.01),母鹿最优回归方程为y=-107.696+1.935x2(R^(2)=0.613,P<0.01)。 The correlation and regression analysis of sika deer body mass and body ruler index are experimentally studied to provide a reference for the cultivation of new sika deer varieties.The test selected healthy month-year-old sika deer with good nutritional status(both male and female),measured body mass and body ruler index[body height(Xi),body oblique length(X2),tube circumference(X3),chest circumference(X4),buttock height(X5)],compared the weight and body ruler difference between male deer and female deer,and used SPSS 25.0 software analyzes the correlation,path analysis and stepwise regression analysis of sika deer body mass and body ruler index,and decomposes the correlation coefficients to obtain the optimal regression equation between body mass and body ruler index.The results show that the main body ruler indicators of sika deer(body height,body oblique length,tube circumference,chest circumference)are significantly positively related to body mass(P<0.01).The main body ruler indicators(body height,body oblique length,tube circumference,chest circumference)are significantly positive correlated with the body mass(P<0.01).Body height,body oblique length and chest circumference mainly directly affect body mass,while tube circumference and hip end height mainly affect body mass through indirect action.The optimal regression equation between the mass of the sika deer buck and the ruler isy=-208.609+2.097 Xi+6.761 X3+0.963 X4—0.809 X5(R^(2)=0.796,P<0.01).The optimal regression equation of the female deer is y=-107.696+1.935 X2(R^(2)=0.613,P<0.01).
