共富视听媒体指数:赋能精神共富的视听传播策略 被引量:1

摘要 视听媒体作为精神文化的生产者、传播者与引领者,是精神文明建设中最直观、最普及、最富魅力、最具辨识度、最有吸引力的文化生产领域,在赋能共同富裕社会的精神文明建设中有着巨大潜力。聚焦广播电视与网络视听等主要视听媒体,围绕共同富裕社会文化先行的精神文明高地建设目标,提出“共富视听媒体指数”。在借鉴现有指数模型基础上,构建包含5项一级指标、10项二级指标、50项三级指标的共富视听媒体指数模型,以期对视听媒体服务共富社会精神文明高地建设状况及成果进行科学规划与评估,为探索视听媒体有效推动共富社会的精神富裕提供应用参考。 Audiovisual media,as the producer,transmitter and leader of spiritual culture,have the most intuitive,popular,charming,recognizable and attractive cultural production fields in the construction of spiritual civilization,thus having great potential in the construction of spiritual civilization to realize a societyof common prosperity.Focusing on the audiovisual media represented by radios and televisions,network audiovisual and short videos,and centering on the construction goal of common prosperity and cultural spiritual civilization highland,“Audiovisual Media Index of Common Prosperity”is proposed.Based on the existing index models,it is constructed with 5 first-level,10 second-level and 50 third-level indicators.It is expected to guide the scientific planning and evaluation of the construction status and achievements of the audiovisual media service for the spiritual civilization highland,which has important application value for exploring the advanced construction of the common prosperity culture of the audio-visual media service.
