摘要
“双一流”建设对我国地方高水平大学学科建设既是历史性的机遇,也是强烈的挑战。结合教育部两轮“一流学科”遴选结果,分析我国地方高水平大学学科建设面临的发展困境,并从历史和现实等多个维度探寻陷入困境的内在缘由,从而立足新时代我国地方高水平大学发展的实际,找寻制定具有前瞻性的学科战略规划,打造一流高峰学科及优势学科群,着力培育学科特色和提升学科影响力等学科建设的有效突破路径。
The“Double First-class”initiative is both a historic opportunity and a strong challenge to the discipline construction of high-level local universities in our country.Combined with the results of the two rounds of“First-class Disciplines”selection by the Ministry of Education,the paper deeply analyzes the development difficulties faced by the construction of these universities in the new era,and explores the internal reasons for the difficulties from multiple dimensions such as history and reality.According to the actual development of these universities,an effective breakthrough path for discipline construction is suggested,such as formulating forward-looking discipline strategic planning,creating first-class peak disciplines and superior discipline groups,striving to cultivate discipline characteristics and enhance discipline influence.
