摘要
抑郁症是一种高度异质性的精神疾病,对患者的思想、行为、感觉、动机和幸福感产生了极大的负面影响。肠道菌群是居住在胃肠道内与人类物种共生的的主要微生物,目前肠道菌群已被证实与抑郁症的发病密切相关。研究表明在已知的几种可能的色氨酸代谢途径中,犬尿氨酸代谢通路受肠道微生物群的调节和影响。改良电抽搐疗法(MECT)是临床上除药物外用于治疗抑郁症最广泛的手段,治疗效果明显,但MECT的作用机制并不明确。本文就MECT治疗、抑郁症肠道菌群及犬尿氨酸代谢通路相关性研究进展做一简要综述。
Depression is a highly heterogeneous mental disease,which has a great negative impact on patients'thoughts,behaviors,feelings,motivation and well-being.The gut microbiota is the main microbe that lives in the gastrointestinal tract and symbiotic with the human species,and the gut microbiota has been shown to be closely related to the onset of depression.Studies have shown that in several known possible pathways of tryptophan metabolism,the kynurenine metabolic pathway is regulated and influenced by the gut microbiota.Modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)is the most widely used method in the treatment of depression in addition to drugs,with obvious therapeutic effect,but the mechanism of MECT is not clear.In this paper,the research progress of MECT treatment,intestinal flora of depression and kynurenine metabolic pathway is reviewed.
