摘要
为改善聚苯胺(PANI)在溶剂中的分散性并提高其电导率,在PANI的合成过程中引入零维的氮掺杂碳点(N-CDs)作为硬模板以诱导生成小尺寸、单分散的N-CDs/PANI复合材料。结果表明:N-CDs的引入改善了PANI的分散性;N-CDs/PANI复合材料的电导率显著提高(N-CDs/PANI的电导率是PANI的2.8倍);包覆N-CDs/PANI环氧涂层的冷轧碳钢片的防腐性能明显优于包覆PANI环氧涂层的冷轧碳钢片的防腐性能。通过氮掺杂碳点的引入成功合成了可稳定分散高导电的N-CDs/PANI复合材料。
In order to improve the dispersibility of polyaniline(PANI)in solvent and its conductivity,zero-dimensional nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N CDs)were introduced as hard templates during the synthesis of PANI to induce the formation of small-sized and monodisperse N CDs/PANI composites.The results show that the dispersibility of PANI is improved by the introduction of N CDs;The conductivity of N CDs/PANI composites is significantly improved(the conductivity of N CDs/PANI is 2.8 times that of PANI);The corrosion resistance of cold-rolled carbon steel sheet coated with N CDs/PANI epoxy coating is obviously better than that of cold-rolled carbon steel sheet coated with PANI epoxy coating.N CDs/PANI composites with stable dispersion and high conductivity are successfully synthesized by introducing nitrogen-doped carbon dots.
