新时代大学生榜样教育的认同机制探析

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在不同场合就榜样教育做出一系列重要论述,强调榜样的力量是无穷的。加强榜样教育认同机制研究,在为时代新人培育提供动力支持、为榜样教育提供评估依据、为思想政治教育夯实实践底色等方面发挥关键作用。新时代,大学生榜样教育认同仍然面临着榜样教育客体内生动力有待加强、本体数量结构有待优化、主体现实矛盾有待化解等现实问题。须坚持问题导向,从落实“三全育人”工作机制、优化榜样人物选树机制、构建榜样教育评价机制等方面着手,进一步推动大学生榜样教育守正创新,实现榜样教育高质量发展。

Since the 18th Party Congress,General Secretary XI Jinping has made a series of important remarks on role model education on different occasions and emphasized that the power of role models is infinite.Strengthening the research on the identity mechanism of role model education plays a key role in providing motivational support for the cultivation of the new generation of the times,providing assessment basis for role model education,and consolidating the practical undertones for ideological and political education.In the new era,the identity of role model education for college students is still faced with such real problems as the endogenous motivation of role model education objects to be strengthened,the quantitative structure of the body to be optimized,and the real contradictions of the main body to be solved.It is necessary to adhere to the problem oriented approach,start from implementing the working mechanism of“three comprehensive education”,optimize the mechanism of selecting role models and construct the evaluation mechanism of role model education,further promote the innovation of role model education for college students and realize the high quality development of role model education.
