乡村振兴背景下农村移风易俗的梗阻与治理路径研究

Research on Obstruction and Governance Path of Changing Social Customs inRural Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization

当前,在乡村振兴战略背景下,农村乡风文明呈现出良好的发展局面,但移风易俗方面仍然存在现实梗阻,不同程度地表现为:高价彩礼有所抬头,白色消费居高不下,人情攀比心理作祟,铺张浪费现象严重。因此,要遏制这些现实梗阻在农村移风易俗扩散,必须提出有效的治理路径。具体而言,要持续推进宣传教育实践活动,建立健全政府管理体制机制,发挥“五老”社会人士作用,强化基层民主监督执行力度,坚决曝光铺张浪费负面典型,提升基层干部参与治理能力。

At present,in the context of the strategy of rural revitalization,rural customs and civilization are showing a good development situation,but there are still practical obstacles in changing customs,which are manifested in varying degrees as follows:the rise of high price bride price,high white consumption,the psychological burden of human comparisons,and serious extravagance and waste.Therefore,in order to curb the spread of these practical obstacles in rural areas,we must propose effective governance paths.Specifically,we should continue to promote publicity and education activities,establish and improve the government management system and mechanism,give play to the role of“five elders”,strengthen the implementation of democratic supervision at the grass roots level,resolutely expose the negative models of extravagance and waste,and improve the ability of grass roots cadres to participate in governance.
