常用排龈药物对加成型硅橡胶印模精度的影响

Influence of Gingival Retraction Drugs on the Impression Precision of Addition-Type Silicon Impression Materials

目的探讨排龈药物对加成型硅橡胶细节再现及印模精度的影响。方法在肾上腺素、白眉蛇毒血凝酶、硫酸铁、氯化铝存在的情况下,按照ISO 4823标准,分别对Express XT加成型硅橡胶、美佳印弹性体印模材料、S1 suhy加成型硅橡胶进行细节再现实验及线尺寸变化实验。结果加成型硅橡胶的细节再现及尺寸变化在经过不同排龈药物处理后,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常用的排龈药物对加成型硅橡胶的细节再现及印模精度无影响。

Objective To investigate the influence of gingival retraction drugs on the detail reproducibility and impression precision of addition-type silicone impression materials.Methods With the presence of adrenaline,hemocoagulase,ferric sulfate,and aluminum chloride,the detail reproducibility and linear dimensional changes of Express XT,PERFIT and S1 suhy were measured according to ISO standard 4823.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the detail reproduction and linear dimensional changes of silicone specimens treated with different gingival retraction drugs(P>0.05).Conclusion The gingival retraction drugs had no effect on the detail reproducibility and impression precision of silicone impression materials.
