265例体检人群肥胖相关指标与骨密度相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析265例体检人群的肥胖相关指标与骨密度之间的相关性。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月于本院行健康体检的265例人群为观察对象,依据体重指数(BMI)将体检人群分为对照组与肥胖组,以人体成分分析仪检测体脂含量、总体脂肪含量等肥胖相关指标,并以骨密度分析系统检测骨密度,分析肥胖相关指标与骨密度的相关性。结果肥胖组的体脂含量(27.89±2.31)%、总体脂肪含量(24.83±2.16)kg、躯干脂肪质量(12.35±1.67)kg、总体肌肉质量(61.35±6.75)kg、下肢脂肪质量(7.35±1.39)kg、上肢脂肪质量(3.15±0.68)kg均高于对照组(25.26±2.05)%、(16.48±1.67)kg、(8.26±1.03)kg、(43.54±4.26)kg、(5.26±0.84)kg、(1.75±0.36)kg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肥胖组的股骨颈骨密度(0.83±0.18)g/cm^(2)高于对照组(0.65±0.13)g/cm^(2),有统计学差异(P<0.05);而腰椎总骨密度及L1、L2、L3的骨密度相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);Pearson结果显示:体脂含量、总体脂肪含量、躯干脂肪质量、总体肌肉质量、下肢脂肪质量、上肢脂肪质量与骨密度呈正相关(r=0.538、0.627、0.431、0.459、0.505、0.529,P<0.05)。结论肥胖人群的骨密度高于正常人群,而肥胖相关指标与骨密度密切相关。 Objective To analyze the correlation between obesity related indexes and bone mineral density in 265 people undergoing physical examination.Methods 265 people who underwent physical examination in our hospital from April 2020to April 2021 were selected as the observation objects.According to the body mass index(BMI),the people who underwent physical examination were divided into the control group and the obese group.Body fat content,total fat content and other obesity related indicators were detected with the body composition analyzer.Bone mineral density was detected with the bone mineral density analysis system to analyze the correlation between obesity related indicators and bone mineral density.Results Body fat content(27.89±2.31)%,total fat content(24.83±2.16)kg,trunk fat mass(12.35±1.67)kg,total muscle mass(61.35±6.75)kg,lower limb fat mass(7.35±1.39)kg The weight of upper limb fat(3.15±0.68)kg was significantly higher than that of the control group(25.26±2.05)%,(16.48±1.67)kg,(8.26±1.03)kg,(43.54±4.26)kg,(5.26±0.84)kg,(1.75±0.36)kg(P<0.05);The bone mineral density of femoral neck(0.83±0.18)g/cm^(2) in obesity group was higher than that in control group(0.65±0.13)g/cm^(2),with a statistical difference(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in total BMD of lumbar vertebrae and BMD of L1,L2,L3(P>0.05);Pearson's results showed that body fat content,total fat content,trunk fat mass,total muscle mass,lower limb fat mass,and upper limb fat mass were positively correlated with bone mineral density(r=0.538,0.627,0.431,0.459,0.505,0.529,P<0.05).Conclusion The BMD of obese people is higher than that of normal people,and obesity related indicators are closely related to BMD.
