多参数设置在优化低剂量胸腹部CT扫描图像质量与辐射剂量中应用研究 被引量:1

Application of Multi Parameter Setting in Optimizing the Image Quality and Radiation Dose of Low Dose Thoracic and Abdominal CT Scanning

摘要 目的探讨多参数设置在优化低剂量胸腹部CT扫描图像质量及辐射剂量中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月于本院行低剂量胸腹部CT扫描的140例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为4组,各35例。所有患者均选用GE 64排CT扫描仪开展检测,4组iCT管电流均设置为17 mAs,其中A、B两组均以Dose Right扫描,C、D两组固定管电流扫描,其中A组管电压120 kv、B组管电压100 kv、C组管电压120 kv,D组管电压100 kv,其余扫描参数4组均保持一致。比较4组图像质量、信噪比(SNR)变化及辐射剂量。结果A组、B组肺窗、纵隔窗、腰大肌iDose4、IMR图像质量评分高于C组、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组肺窗、纵隔窗、腰大肌iDose4、IMR图像质量评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组、B组iDose4图像SNR、IMR图像SNR高于C组、D组,A组iDose4图像SNR高于B组,A组DLP、ED高于B组、C组、D组,B组mGy、mSv低于C组、高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当iCT管电流为17 mAs时,设置100 kv管电压、Dose Right扫描及IMR重建可获得理想的图像质量,且辐射剂量低,值得广泛应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of multi parameter setting in optimizing the image quality and radiation dose of low-dose thoracic and abdominal CT scanning.Methods 140 patients who underwent low-dose chest and abdomen CT scanning in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into 4 groups,35 patients in each group.All patients selected GE 64 row CT scanners for detection.The current of the four groups of iCT tubes was set to 17 mAs.Dose Right scanning was used for group A and B,and fixed tube current scanning was used for group C and D.The tube voltage of group A was 120 kv,the tube voltage of group B was 100 kv,the tube voltage of group C was 120 kv,and the tube voltage of group D was 100 kv.The other scanning parameters of the four groups were consistent.The image quality,signal to noise ratio(SNR)and radiation dose of the four groups were compared.Results The image quality scores of lung window,mediastinal window,psoas major muscle iDose4 and IMR in group A and B were higher than those in group C and D(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between group A and group B in the image quality scores of lung window,mediastinal window,psoas major muscle i-Dose4 and IMR(P>0.05);The SNR of iDose4 image and IMR image in group A and B were higher than those in group C and D,the SNR of iDose4 image in group A was higher than that in group B,the DLP and ED in group A were higher than those in group B,C and D,and the mGy and mSv in group B were lower than those in group C and higher than those in group D,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion When iCT tube current is 17 mAs,setting 100 kv tube voltage,Dose Right scanning and IMR reconstruction can obtain ideal image quality,and the radiation dose is low,which is worth extensive application.
