舌向集中式治疗义齿在重度牙槽嵴吸收患者中的应用效果

Application effect of lingual centralized therapeutic dentures in patients with severe alveolar ridge resorption

目的 分析舌向集中式治疗义齿在重度牙槽嵴吸收患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年3月至2022年4月吉林医药学院附属医院口腔科收治的30例重度牙槽嵴吸收患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(15例)与对照组(15例)。对照组患者采用解剖式的义齿制作方法,观察组患者采用舌向集中式全口义齿制作方法。比较两组患者治疗前后的咀嚼效率和咬合力;比较两组的患者美观度、语言功能、固定功能以及舒适度等满意度评分;比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗后的咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的咬合力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的美观度、语言功能、固定功能以及舒适度等满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在重度牙槽嵴吸收患者的临床治疗和全口义齿修复过程中,使用舌向集中式治疗义齿方案,能有效改善患者的咀嚼功能,同时提升其咬合力,并提高患者的美观度以及舒适度,降低不良事件的发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of lingual centralized therapeutic denture in patients with severe alveolar ridge resorption.Methods Thirty patients with severe alveolar ridge absorption admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical University from March 2017 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were made by anatomic denture,and patients in the observation group were made by lingual centralized complete denture.The masticatory efficiency and biting force of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The satisfaction scores of aesthetics,language function,fixed function and comfort were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The masticatory efficiency of observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bite force of observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of aesthetics,language function,fixed function and comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with severe alveolar ridge absorption and the process of complete denture restoration,the use of lingual focused denture treatment can effectively improve patients'chewing function,enhance their bite force,improve their aesthetics and comfort,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
