2018—2022年韶关市0~3岁儿童生长发育情况的研究

Research on the growth and development status of children aged 0-3 in Shaoguan City from 2018 to 2022

目的 调查分析2018—2022年韶关市0~3岁儿童的生长发育状况及营养问题。方法 通过整群抽样的方式抽取2018年1月至2022年7月韶关市曲江区马坝卫生院的17 542名0~3岁儿童的体检结果,分析儿童身高、体重、龋齿及肥胖的发生率。结果 不同年份>12~18月龄儿童的身高比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年份>18~24月龄儿童的体重比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年份儿童的发育迟缓、肥胖和龋齿患病率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),儿童肥胖和龋齿患病率从2018—2022年有逐年下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论2018—2022年韶关市0~3岁儿童的生长发育状况变化趋势不明显,儿童肥胖和龋齿的患病率呈持续下降的趋势。

Objective To investigate and analyze the growth and development status and nutritional problems of children aged 0-3 in Shaoguan City from 2018 to 2022.Methods The physical examination results of 17542 children aged 0-3 years from January 2018 to July 2022 in Maba Health Center of Qujiang District in Shaoguan City were selected by cluster sampling,the incidence of children's height,weight,dental caries and obesity of children was analyzed.Results There were significant statistical differences in the height of children aged more than 12-18 months in different years(P<0.05).There were significant statistical differences in the weight of children aged more than 18-24 months in different years(P<0.05).There were significant statistical differences in the prevalence rates of stunting,obesity and dental caries between those children in different years(P<0.05).The prevalence rates of obesity and dental caries in children decreased year by year from 2018 to 2022(P<0.05).Conclusion From 2018 to 2022,the growth and development status of children aged 0-3 in Shaoguan City has no obvious trend of change,,and the prevalence of obesity and dental caries in children continued to decline.
