基于静脉用药调配中心的精细化管理模式在恶性肿瘤细胞毒药物管理中的应用价值

Application value of refined management mode based on intravenous drug dispensing center in malignant tumor cytotoxic drug management

目的 探究基于静脉用药调配中心的精细化管理模式在恶性肿瘤细胞毒药物(CD)管理中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至6月间南通市肿瘤医院药剂科静脉调配中心进行处方调配的医务人员53名、恶性肿瘤CD调配处方8 700张作为研究对象,根据不同的管理方法将其分为对照组(27名医务人员、4 400张处方)和研究组(26名医务人员、4 300张处方)。对照组采用临床药物调配常规管理模式,研究组采用精细化管理模式。比较两组医务人员的相关理论知识、配药情况、管理质量、调配中不良事件出现情况、用药满意度。结果 研究组医务人员的药物、调配技能、防护意识的理论知识掌握程度及临床用药满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组审方、配药时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组配药量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组调配不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于静脉用药调配中心的精细化管理模式用于恶性肿瘤CD安全管理中,能有效提升医务人员的相关理论知识掌握程度,缩短审方、配药时间,提高单位时间内配药量,同时还能有效降低药物调配中不良事件出现率,提高临床用药满意度,从而有效提高管理质量。

Objective To explore the application value of the refined management model based on intravenous drug dispensing center in the management of cytotoxic drugs(CD)for malignant tumors.Methods A total of 53 medical staff and 8700 prescriptions for malignant tumor CD were selected from the Intravenous dispensing Center of the Department of Pharmacy,Nantong Tumor Hospital from January to June 2021 as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into control group(27 medical workers,4400 prescriptions)and study group(26 medical workers,4300 prescriptions).The control group adopted the conventional management mode of clinical drug dispensing,and the study group adopted the refined management mode.The relevant theoretical knowledge,dispensing situation,management quality,the occurrence of adverse events in the deployment and the satisfaction of medication were compared between the two groups of medical staff.Results The study group's medical staff's theoretical knowledge of drugs,deployment skills,protection awareness and satisfaction with clinical medication were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The trial formula and dispensing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of drug dispensed in the study group was more than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events was lower in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined management mode based on the intravenous drug dispensing center is used in the safety management of CD for malignant tumors,which can effectively improve the mastery of relevant theoretical knowledge of medical personnel,shorten the time for reviewing prescriptions and dispensing drugs,improve the dosage of drugs per unit time,effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in drug dispensing,improve the satisfaction rate of clinical medication,and effectively improve the quality of management.
