情景模拟教学结合行动学习法在提升麻醉科疼痛管理教学质量中的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨情景模拟教学结合行动学习法在提升麻醉科疼痛管理教学质量中的效果。方法 回顾性选取2021年9月至12月南昌大学第一附属医院实行情景模拟教学结合行动学习法教学的32名麻醉科医生作为观察组,选取2020年9月至12月实行传统方式开展教学学习的32名麻醉科医生作为对照组,比较两组医生的考核成绩、学习能力和教学工作满意度。结果 观察组医生的理论成绩、实操成绩、综合成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习能力评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在麻醉科疼痛管理教学过程中,联合情景模拟教学结合行动学习法的运用能够培养麻醉科医生的自主学习能力,有利于其学习成绩的提高,同时增加麻醉科医生对教学工作的满意度,积极配合教学工作的开展。 Objective To explore the effect of situational simulation teaching combined with action learning in improving the teaching quality of pain management in anesthesiology.Methods A total of 32 anesthesiologists who practiced scenario simulation teaching combined with action learning in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September to December 2021 were retrospectively selected as the observation group,and 32 anesthesiologists who practiced traditional teaching and learning from September to December 2020 were retrospectively selected as the control group.The assessment scores,learning ability and teaching satisfaction of doctors in the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical,practical and comprchensive scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning ability scores and the total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of pain management teaching in the department of anesthesiology,the application of combined situational simulation teaching and action learning can cultivate the autonomous learning ability of the anesthesiologists who receive the teaching,which is conducive to the improvement of academic performance,and at the same time increases the satisfaction of the anesthesiologists to the teaching work,and actively cooperate with the development of teaching work.
