新时期胆道外科进修生临床技能培养的思考

Thinking on the cultivation of clinical skills of biliary surgery students in the new period

胆道外科进修生的临床技能培养,是继续医学教育非常重要的内容。当前胆道外科进修教学逐渐规范化。但由于胆道外科培养的专业性及复杂性,以及其他一些主客观因素,在教学实践中仍存在一些问题,比如进修生理论基础知识相对薄弱、热衷手术技巧操作,忽略其他临床技能的培养以及跟随固定的指导老师学习,导致视野相对局限等等。本文对胆道外科进修生的临床技能培养教学实践提出相关建议,包括:加强进修生基础理论知识补习;加强思想教育,摈弃“只重手术操作,不重临床综合素质”的错误观点;突破科室限制,使进修生能更方便地接受不同科室及不同老师的指导;重视互联网+背景下,主动学习及被动灌输相结合等。通过上述一些思考及建议,以期能为今后胆道外科专科进修生的临床技能培养提供新思路。

The training of clinical skills of advanced students in biliary surgery is a very important part of continuing medical education.At present,the advanced teaching of biliary surgery is gradually standardized.However,due to the professionalism and complexity of biliary surgery training,as well as some other subjective and objective factors,there are still some problems in teaching practice,such as the relatively weak theoretical basic knowledge of advanced students,keen on surgical skills,ignoring the training of other clinical skills and following fixed instructors,resulting in relatively limited vision,etc.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the teaching practice of clinical skills training for advanced students in biliary surgery,including:strengthening the supplementary study of basic theoretical knowledge for advanced students.Strengthening ideological education and abandoning the wrong view of"only emphasizing surgical skills,not clinical comprehensive quality".Breaking through the limitation of departments,so that students can more easily accept the guidance of different departments and different instructors.Attaching importance to the combination of active learning and passive indoctrination in the context of Internet+and so on.Through the above thoughts and suggestions,we hope to provide new ideas for the future training of clinical skills of advanced students in biliary surgery.
