江西大学生对于公益捐精知识及态度的调查研究

Investigation and Study on the Knowledge and Attitude Towards Public Welfare Sperm Donation of College Students in Jiangxi

目的 了解江西在校大学生对捐精的认知、接受程度及相关知识途径,为江西人类精子库以后捐精自愿者的招慕、人工辅助生殖技术的更好开展提供参考依据。方法 通过自制问卷采用整群抽样的方法选取南昌大学8栋宿舍楼的全部男生450人进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 20.0进行相关的统计描述(率、比和平均数等)和统计推断(χ^(2)检验和Spearman秩相关)指标分析。结果 调查显示,有0.5%的男生对捐精一无所知,另有11.6%的学生表示很乐意接受捐精方面知识宣传,约有11.3%的男生完全拒绝相关知识宣传,同时,正规的讲座和普及教育、各大医院的支持配合与宣传、媒体的积极宣传被认为是三种最受欢迎的宣传方式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对本次调查结果和当前捐精志愿者招募困难的现状,建议相关部门加大宣传力度,提高知晓率,消除潜在捐精者的顾虑,并选择合适的宣传方式,提高宣传效率。

Objective To understand the cognition,acceptance and access to knowledge of sperm donationamong college students in Jiagxi,so as to provide reference for the recruitment of sperm donation volunteers and the development of hu⁃man assisted reproductive technologyin Jiangxi Human Sperm Bank.Methods Questionnaire surveyswere conducted on 450 male students selected through group samplingfrom 8 dormitories of Nanchang University.SPSS 20.0 was used to ana⁃lyze the relevant statistical description(rate,ratio and average)and statistical inference(χ^(2) test and Spearman rank correla⁃tion).Results The survey showed that 0.5%of the students knew nothing about sperm donation,and 11.6%of the students were willing to accept the promotion of knowledge about sperm donation.About 11.3%of the students completely rejected the promotion of relevant knowledge.Meanwhile,formal lectures and universal education,support and publicity of hospital⁃sand media were considered to be the three most popular publicity methods,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In view of the results of this survey and current difficulties in recruiting sperm donation volunteers,it is recommended that relevant departments increase publicity efforts,improve the awareness rate,eliminate the concerns of potential volunteers,and choose appropriate publicity methods to improve publicity efficiency.
