地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征和急性髓系白血病的临床疗效及护理分析

Clinical efficacy and nursing analysis of dexcitabine in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia

目的探讨地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征和急性髓系白血病的临床疗效及护理方法。方法选取我院收治的100例骨髓增生异常综合征患者,所有患者均予以地西他滨治疗,通过随机数表法分为对照组、实验组每组50例.对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用综合护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应率以及护理满意度。结果护理后.实验组总的疗效为90.00%与对照组的88.00%相近,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组总的不良反应率为10.00%低于对照组的24.00%,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总的护理满意度为100.00%高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征和急性髓系白血病的临床疗效较好,配合综合护理.可明显降低不良反应率.护理满意度高,可推荐临床使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and nursing methods of dicitabine in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia.Methods 100 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome were selected and treated in our hospital.All patients were treated with dicitabine.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing.The treatment effect,adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the total efficacy of the experimental group was 90.00%similar to that of the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the total adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 10.00%lower than that of the control group,and the difference comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group,and the difference comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Decitabine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia.With comprehensive nursing,it can significantly reduce the rate of adverse reactions,with high nursing satisfaction,and can be recommended for clinical use.
