手指外伤患者门诊换药时晕厥发作原因及预防性护理对策

Causes of syncope and preventive care countermeasures in patients with finger trauma during outpatient dressing change

目的分析手指外伤患者在门诊换药时发生晕厥的原因以采取预防性护理对策。方法在2020年-2022年期间,从我院门诊处选取接诊的86例因换药时出现晕厥的手指外伤患者为分析对象。按照护理方法不同,分配成观察组43例,对照组43例,根据患者发生晕厥的原因,对其进行护理干预。两组比较干预前后效果。结果干预后,观察组患者换药时晕厥的发生率与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛感与对照组相比较低(P<0.05);观察组患者心理状况与对照组相比较好(P<0.05)。结论针对换药时晕厥的手指外伤患者给予有效预防性护理干预,可降低晕厥的发生率,减少疼痛感,提高正性情绪。

Objective To analyze the causes of syncope in patients with finger trauma during outpatient dressing changes for preventive care countermeasures.Methods From 2020 to 2022,86 patients with finger trauma who had syncope during dressing change were selected from the outpatient clinic of our hospital as the analysis subjects.According to different nursing methods,43 cases were assigned to observation group and 43 cases to control group,and nursing intervention was provided according to the cause of syncope of patients.The effects before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the incidence of syncope during dressing change in the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05),the pain perception in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the psychological condition of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective preventive care interventions for patients with finger trauma who faint during dressing change can reduce the incidence of syncope,reduce pain,and improve positive mood.
