摘要
目的采用心肺运动试验(CPET)精准制定个性化运动处方,探究12周有氧运动干预对行维持性腹膜透析(PD)治疗的慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者心肺功能的影响。方法选取2021年5月-2021年12月在徐州医科大学附属医院随访的行维持性家庭腹膜透析治疗的CKD患者58例,将患者随机分为对照组(n=28例)和运动组(n=30例),分别进行CPET和肺功能测试,运动组根据CPET制定个性化运动处方;对照组接受常规的腹膜透析和基本疾病的治疗,运动组在此基础上根据运动处方进行有规律的有氧运动12周,记录并分析结果。结果12周干预后,运动组的心肺相关指标均较对照组明显升高。结论CPET指导下的有氧运动干预疗法能有效改善CKD腹膜透析患者的心肺功能,提高运动耐力,改善炎症指标。
Objective The Cardiopulmonaiy Exercise Test(CPET)was used to accurately develop personalized exercise prescriptions to investigate the effect of 12 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention on cardiopulmonary function in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)treated with maintenance peritoneal dialysis(PD).Methods A total of 58 patients with CKD who underwent maintenance home peritoneal dialysis treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from May 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=28 cases)and exercise group(n=30 cases),and CPET and pulmonary function tests were performed,and the exercise group formulated personalized exercise prescriptions according to CPET.The control group received conventional peritoneal dialysis and treatment of underlying diseases,and the exercise group performed regular aerobic exercise for 12 weeks according to the exercise prescription,and recorded and analyzed the results.Results After 12 weeks of intervention,the cardiopulmonary indexes in the exercise group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Aerobic exercise intervention therapy guided by CPET can effectively improve cardiopulmonary function,improve exercise tolerance,and improve inflammatory indexes in CKD peritoneal dialysis patients.
