复杂肛痿的手术治疗措施及伤口愈合常见影响因素分析

Analysis of surgical treatment measures and common influencing factors of wound healing in patients with complicated fistula

目的探究复杂肛痿患者的手术治疗效果及口愈合常见影响因素因子。方法随机选取本院接收100例复杂肛痿患者,选取时间为2017年1月-2022年1月,复杂肛屡愈合良好作为观察组75例,较差作为对照组25例.分别行常规切开挂线手术、微创手术.术后给予营养物质.实施血糖控制和干预,增添适当的膳食纤维.对比两组治疗效果及分析复杂肛痿愈合伤口愈合常见影响因素。结果观察组治疗总有效率98.67%相比对照组64.00%明显较高(P<0.05);两组身体质量指数、合并糖尿病、合并便秘、合并肿瘤、手术方式、大便性状对比差异明显(P<0.05);两组性别、年龄、手术时间、手术切口对比变化较小(P>0.05).结论微创手术治疗复杂肛痿比常规切开挂线手术治疗效果较好。

Objective To explore the effect of surgical treatment and the common influencing factors of oral healing in patients with complex anal fistula.Methods A total of 100 patients with complex anal fistula were randomly selected to receive in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2022.75 patients with good complex anal fistula healing were selected as the observation group,and 25 patients with poor anal fistula healing were selected as the control group.Conventional incision and hanging operation and minimally invasive operation were performed,respectively,with postoperative nutrition,blood sugar control and intervention,and appropriate dietary fiber added.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and the common influencing factors of wound healing were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(64.00%)(P<0.05).There were significant differences in body mass index(BM1),diabetes mellitus,constipation,tumor,surgical methods and stool traits between the two groups(P<0.05).There were little changes in gender,age,operation time and incision between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is more effective than conventional open and wire operation in the treatment of complex anal fistula.
