夜间噪声管理在ICU心脏术后患者中的运用研究

Application of night noise management for cardiac surgery patients in ICU

目的探讨夜间噪声管理对ICU心脏术后患者的影响。方法选取2021年10月到2022年10月间我院ICU收治的心脏术后70例患者,将其分成两组,对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组在此基础上实施夜间噪声管理,对比两组的护理管理情况。结果护理前,两组的负面情绪评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后两组均改善,且观察组对照组优于(P<0.05),观察组的总满意度为91.18%,对照组为力.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间比较短(P<0.05)。观察组诸妄发生率14.29%,对照组为34.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论夜间噪声管理能够减少ICU心脏术后患者的不良情绪,提高其满意度,并缩短ICU住院时间。

Objective To explore the impact of night noise management on patients in cardiac surgery ICU.Methods 70 patients admitted to the ICU of cardiac surgery in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the observation group implemented night noise management on this basis.The nursing management of the two groups was compared.Results In terms of the score of negative emotions,there was no difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,both groups improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 91.18%,and that of the control group was 77.14%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of the length of stay in ICU,the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).The incidence of delirium in the observation group was 14.29%,and that in the control group was 34.29%.There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nocturnal noise management can reduce the bad mood of patients in ICU of cardiac surgery,improve their satisfaction,shorten the length of stay in ICU.
