盆底肌康复治疗在盆底功能障碍疾病患者中的有效性评价

Evaluation of the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction disease

目的分析盆底肌康复治疗在盆底功能障碍疾病患者中的有效性。方法选取我院2021年05月-2022年05收治的120例盆底功能障碍疾病患者.依据随机分组法,将其分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。结果研究组盆底肌力恢复总有效率高于对照组;治疗后研究组盆底肌电活动评分高于对照组;研究组并发症发生率低于对照组;研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,两组数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌康复治疗在盆底功能障碍疾病患者中应用意义重大,值得在临床上运用。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 120 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted in our hospital from May 2021 to 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the randomization method,with 60 cases in each group.Results The overall response rate of pelvic floor muscle strength recovery was higher than the control group;the pelvic floor EMC activity score was higher than the control group;the complication rate was lower than the control group;the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy is of great significance in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,and is worth clinical application.
