非洲区域性创伤性四肢骨盆骨折延误治疗的调查

Survey of delayed treatment of traumatic limb pelvic fractures in Africa

目的探讨非洲区域性创伤性四肢骨盆骨折延误规范治疗的原因,总结可行性干预策略。方法2021年2月-2022年3月在非洲尼日尔综合示范医院诊治的创伤性四肢骨盆骨折患者59例,对患者延误规范治疗的原因进行调查,统计分析创伤性四肢骨盆骨折延误治疗的原因及特点。结果造成患者延误治疗的原因包括医疗资源匮乏(20%),经济条件差(17%),患者认知不足及不重视(63%)。结论创伤性四肢骨盆骨折延误规范治疗既有患者的不重视原因,也有医疗资源和经济条件差的原因,有关部门应该根据这些原因制定有针对性的干预措施。

Objective To explore the reasons for the delay in the standard treatment of traumatic limb pelvic fractures in Africa and summarize feasible intervention strategies.Methods From February 2021 to March 2022,59 patients with traumatic limb pelvic fracture were diagnosed and treated in Niger General Demonstration Hospital in Africa,and the reasons for delayed standardized treatment of patients were investigated and studied,and the reasons and characteristics of delayed treatment of traumatic limb pelvic fracture were statistically analyzed.Results The survey found that the reasons for patients to delay treatment included lack of medical resources(20%),poor economic conditions(17%),and insufficient awareness and attention(63%).Conclusion The delay in the standardized treatment of traumatic limb pelvic fracture has both the reasons for the patient's lack of attention,as well as the reasons for poor medical resources and economic conditions,but the most important reason is the patient's lack of attention,and the relevant departments should formulate targeted interventions according to these reasons.
