中医情志护理应用于手术室护理工作中的效果及中医证候评分影响分析

目的分析中医情志护理应用于手术室护理工作中的效果及对中医证候评分影响。方法选取我院2021年1月-2022年9月收治的90例手术治疗患者作为研究对象.按照随机分组的方法分为观察组(45例)与对照组(45例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用中医情志护理方法。比较两组中医证候评分、心理状态、并发症发生率。结果中医证候评分:护理前,中医证候评分两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后.观察组患者中医证候评分低于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理状态:护理前,焦虑评分、抑郁评分两组比对.差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率:观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理工作中实行中医情志护理,能有效减少对中医证候评分的影响.降低并发症发生率.调节患者心理状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of TCM emotional nursing in nursing work in the operating room and its effect on the score of TCM syndrome.Methods 90 patients treated with surgery in our hospital from January 2021-September 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)according to the method of random grouping,the control group adopted conventional nursing methods,and the observation group adopted traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing methods.The medical syndrome score,psychological state,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results TCM syndrome score:before nursing,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the medical symptom score of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Psychological state:Before nursing,the anxiety score and depression score were compared between the two groups,and there was no statistical difference(P〉0.05);after nursing,the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Complication rate:The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM emotional nursing in the nursing work of the operating room can effectively reduce the impact on the score of TCM syndrome,reduce the incidence of complications,and regulate the psychological state of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
