人性化护理在宫颈炎护理的应用效果及安全性观察

Application effect and safety observation of humanized nursing in cervicitis nursing

目的人性化护理在宫颈炎护理的应用效果及安全性观察。方法本次研究从本院2020年1月-2021年5月收入的宫颈炎患者中随机抽取72例,按照随机数表法将其分为了对照组和研究组两组。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受人性化护理,对比护理效果。结果对比综合护理依从率:研究组综合依从34例(94.44%),对照组综合依从27例(75%)(P<0.05);对比临床不良反应:研究组临床不良反应2例(5.56%),对照组临床不良反应8例(22.22%)(P<0.05)。护理后研究组临床生活质量评分有显著提升,结果比对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可提升宫颈炎患者临床护理效果,患者预后不良反应少且生活质量有显著提升,建议推广。

Objective Humanized nursing in cervicitis nursing application effect and safety observation.Methods In this study,72 patients with cervicitis were randomly selected from our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,the study group received humanistic nursing,and the nursing effect was compared.Results Comparing the comprehensive nursing compliance rate:34 cases(94.44%)in the study group and 27 cases(75%)in the control group,(P<0.05);Comparison of clinical adverse reactions:2 cases(5.56%)in the study group,8 cases(22.22%)in the control group,(P<0.05).The clinical quality of life score of the nursing group was significantly improved,and the result was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing can improve the clinical nursing effect of patients with cervicitis,patients with less adverse prognosis and significantly improve the quality of life,so it is recommended to popularize.
