摘要
目的为提高门诊分诊护理满意度加强导医分诊服务规范化,分析其影响。方法从本院2019-2021年期间门诊接诊处选取90例患者作为研究分析对象,随机分配成观察组和对照组(各45例)。对照组采用常规分诊服务,观察组采用导医分诊服务规范,观察两组效果。结果观察组患者挂号时间以及检查等候时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组分诊准确率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强导医分诊服务规范化,有效提高护理满意度。
Objective In order to improve the satisfaction of outpatient triage nursing,strengthen the standardization of medical triage services,and analyze their impact.Methods From 2019 to 2021,90 patients were selected from the outpatient reception of our hospital as the research and analysis objects,and randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group(45 cases each).The control group adopted the routine triage service,and the observation group adopted the standard of medical triage service to observe the effect of the two groups.Results The registration time and waiting time of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the triage accuracy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the SAS score of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthen the standardization of medical triage services and effectively improve nursing satisfaction.
