风险管理对神经外科护士护理质量及风险事件的影响

Effect of risk management on nursing quality and risk events of neurosurgical nurses

目的分析在神经外科实施风险管理对护士护理质量及风险事件的影响效果。方法以2021.1.1-2022.12.31期间本院神经外科收治的70例患者及同时间参与临床护理工作的护士40名为研究对象,按照70例患者入院时间先后顺序分为2组,同期35例患者及20名护士为对照组,采取常规管理;35例患者及20名护士为观察组,采取风险管理。统计两组护理质量及护理风险事件发生率。结果观察组护士护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理风险事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科实施风险管理可有助于提升护士护理质量,防范护理风险事件发生,保障护理效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of risk management on nursing quality and risk events of nurses in neurosurgery department.Methods Seventy patients admitted to the neurosurgery department of our hospital during 2021.1.1 to 2022.12.31 and 40 nurses participating in clinical nursing work at the same time were selected as the study objects.According to the order of admission time of the 70 patients,they were divided into two groups,35 patients and 20 nurses during 2021.1.1 to 2021.12.31 were the control group.Adopt routine management;35 patients and 20 nurses during 2022.1.1 to 2022.12.31 were the observation group and took risk management.Nursing quality and incidence of nursing risk events were analyzed in the two groups.Results Nursing quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk management in neurosurgery can help to improve nursing quality,prevent the occurrence of nursing risk events and guarantee nursing effect,which is worth popularizing and implementing.
