健康体检项目漏检原因及护理对策研究

Research on the causes of missing tests and nursing countermeasures of health checkups

目的观察健康体检项目中漏检的原因与护理措施。方法选取本院收治的200例健康体检人群;将100例采用常规护理管理措施的体检人员作为对照组;将100例采用品管圈护理管理措施的体检人员作为研究组;分析研究组与对照组漏检的发生率,并调查两组患者漏检产生的原因。结果护理后,研究组体检人员在总漏检率中显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在漏检原因的调查中,导致体检人员出现漏检的主要原因是因为体检人员缺乏体检意识、导诊人员缺乏主动服务意识以及工作繁忙。结论导致健康体检项目出现漏检的原因包含了多种,采用品管圈护理管理模式能够有效降低漏检的发生率,提高健康体检的质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the reasons for missing tests and nursing measures in health checkups.Methods 200 healthy physical examination patients admitted to our hospital were selected.100 medical examiners who received routine nursing management measures were used as the control group;100 cases of physical examiners who adopted nursing management measures in the quality control circle were used as the research group.The incidence of missed tests in the study group and the control group was analyzed,and the causes of missed tests in the two groups were investigated.Results After nursing,the total missed detection rate of the physical examiners in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and in the investigation of the reasons for the missed detection,the main reasons for the missed detection of the physical examiners were the lack of physical examination awareness of the physical examination personnel,the lack of active service awareness of the guide and the busy work.Conclusion There are many reasons for missing inspections in health examination items,and the use of quality control circle nursing management mode can effectively reduce the incidence of missed inspections and improve the quality of health examinations,which is worth promoting.
