老年高血压护理应用优质护理服务的临床观察

Clinical observation of high-quality nursing services in geriatric hypertension care

目的探讨在高血压老年患者护理中辅以优质性护理,对其血压水平及临床护理质量的影响。方法试验者是2021年1月-2022年9月在医院治疗的高血压老年患者100例,以随机信封法分作相同例数2组,护理方案为常规护理与优质护理,比对不同护理模式下各项护理指标差异。结果观察组血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组负性情绪、遵医行为以及自护能力得分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以优质护理进行干预,利于有效控制患者血压,提升其遵医行为与自护能力的同时,还能对其负性情绪进行缓解,建议推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the high-quality care on the blood pressure level and the quality of clinical care.Methods The subjects were 100 elderly patients treated in hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 by random envelope method.The nursing plan was routine care and quality care,compared with different nursing modes.Results Blood pressure level was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Negative mood,compliance behavior and self-care ability were better in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with high-quality nursing is beneficial to effectively control patients'blood pressure,improve their compliance behavior and self-care ability,and alleviate their negative emotions,so it is recommended to promote.
