心理干预在肝硬化护理中的应用效果

Application effect of psychological intervention in liver cirrhosis nursing

目的探讨心理干预在肝硬化护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年3月在我院进行肝硬化治疗患者60例为研究对象,随机均分两组,对照组30例,提供常规干预服务,研究组30例,提供心理干预服务,对比两种干预方案应用效果。结果干预后,两组抑郁情绪、心慌情绪及焦虑情绪水平明显好于干预前,研究组抑郁情绪、心慌情绪及焦虑情绪水平明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组依从性及满意度明显高于对照组,生活质量明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预在肝硬化护理中的应用效果显著,能稳定好心态,改善生活质量,促进患者身体康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intervention in liver cinhosis nursing.Methods 60 patients with liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group were provided with routine intervention services,and 30 cases in the study group were provided with psychological intervention services,and the application effects of two intervention schemes were compared.Results After the intervention,the levels of depression,panic and anxiety in the two groups were significantly better than those before the intervention,and the levels of depression,panic and anxiety in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance and satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the quality of life of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of liver cirrhosis is significant,which can stabilize the good mentality,improve the quality of life,and promote the physical rehabilitation of patients.
