健康管理中心肿瘤筛查结果和精细化管理分析

目的进行健康管理中心肿瘤筛查结果和精细化管理分析。方法研究对象为2022年1-12月广东省深圳区市罗湖区人民医院健康管理中心体检的14062人,主要为各个领域的事业单位人群,且检查人员既往均未患得恶性肿瘤、急性疾病或严重的基础性疾病。对检查者开展全方面检查,统计筛查结果以及精细化管理成效。结果近三年体检人数中,肿瘤检出最多的为2021年,且肿瘤检出种类增多,精细化管理方式有效提高本中心工作效率。结论本院健康管理中心肿瘤筛查从原来的甲胎蛋白,EB病毒,肿瘤标志物到现在的全套超声,肺部CT,2癌筛查,胃肠镜的一个肿瘤筛查的率明显提高,年龄更加年轻化,且精细化管理成效显著。

Objective Conduct analysis of tumor screening results and refined management in the health management center.Methods The study subjects were 14062 people who were examined by the Health Management Center of Luohu District People's Hospital in Shenzhen District,Guangdong Province from January-December 2022,mainly from public institutions in various fields,and none of the examiners had previously suffered from malignant tumors,acute diseases or serious underlying diseases.Carry out all-round inspection of inspectors,statistics on screening results and refined management results.Results Among the number of physical examinations in the past three years,the largest number of tumor detections was in 2021,and the types of tumor detection increased,and the refined management method effectively improved the work efficiency of the center.Conclusion The cancer screening rate of the Health Management Center of our hospital has increased significantly from the original alpha-fetoprotein,Epstein-Ban*virus,tumor markers to the current full set of ultrasound,lung CT,2 cancer screening,and gastrointestinal endoscopy.
