玉屏风散联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Yupingfeng San Combined with Montelukast Sodium in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:分析玉屏风散联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年5月北京市昌平区北七家社区卫生服务中心就诊的108例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各54例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用中药玉屏风散治疗,比较两组症状积分、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者喷嚏、流清涕、鼻痒、鼻塞积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组喷嚏、流清涕、鼻痒、鼻塞积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合玉屏风散治疗过敏性鼻炎,对缓解患者的鼻部症状效果显著,疗效确切,同时可降低不良反应发生率,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Yupingfeng San combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 108 patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to Beiqijia Community Health Service Center of Changping District in Beijing from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Yupingfeng San on the basis of the control group.The symptom score,treatment effect and adverse reaction occurrence of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching and nasal congestion between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching and nasal congestion in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with Yupingfeng San in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a significant effect on alleviating nasal symptoms of patients,with definite curative effects,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions with high safety.
