综合护理干预腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction After Abdominal Surgery

目的:探讨腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中应用综合护理干预的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年3月于齐河县人民医院接受腹部手术后出现粘连性肠梗阻的患者54例作为研究对象,根据电脑编码分为对照组与观察组,各27例。对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较两组症状改善时间、生活质量评分、治疗效果。结果:观察组腹痛、腹胀缓解时间和肛门排气恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生理、心理、社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生理、心理、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将综合护理干预应用于腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中,不仅能够提高临床治疗效果,还能促进患者术后恢复,改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery.Methods:A total of 54 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery in Qihe County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to computer code,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The time of symptom improvement,quality of life score,and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The abdominal pain,abdominal distension relief time and anal exhaust recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in physical,psychological and social function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the physical,psychological and social function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery can not only improve the clinical treatment effect,but also promote the postoperative recovery and improve the quality of life of patients.
