舒适护理在血液透析患者护理中的干预效果分析

Analysis of Intervention Effect of Comfort Nursing in Care of Hemodialysis Patients

目的:探讨舒适护理在血液透析患者护理中的干预效果。方法:选取2017年6月—2022年6月甘肃医学院附属医院肾病内科收治的500例血液透析患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各250例。对照组给予传统护理,观察组给予舒适护理,比较两组舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、并发症发生情况、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组GCQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.404 5);护理后,观察组GCQ评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 1)。护理前,两组SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。结论:血液透析施行用舒适护理有利于提高患者的舒适度与满意度,改善患者生活质量,并且降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comfort nursing in the care of hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 500 hemodialysis patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College from June 2017 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 250 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing.The observation group received comfort nursing.General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)scores,complications,36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in GCQ scores between the two groups(P=0.4045).After nursing,GCQ score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.0001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.0000).Conclusion:Comfort nursing for hemodialysis patients is beneficial to improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
