介绍严桂珍教授治疗肺部结节的经验。其认为肺部结节多属于本虚标实之证,病因病机为肺脾两虚,痰瘀毒结聚而成,故在治疗肺部结节方面,主张以健脾益肺、清热化瘀、解毒散结为原则,自拟扶正解毒散结方,取得了较好的疗效。附典型病案1则以验证。

To present the experience of Professor Yan Guizhen in treating pulmonary nodules.It is believed that pulmonary nodules mostly belong to the syndrome of Ben deficiency criteria and the etiological mechanism is caused by the combination of two deficiency of lung spleen and coalescence of phlegm and stasis,so in the treatment of lung nodules,it is advocated to use the principles of invigorating spleen and invigorating lung,clearing heat and eliminating stasis,and detoxification and dissipating knots,and self fitting Fuzheng to detoxify and dissipating knots,to achieve a better efficacy.Case 1 is included for verification.
