针灸治疗围绝经期高血压的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in Treatment of Perimenopausal Hypertension

针对围绝经期高血压的定义及发病机制目前暂无统一的共识。既往研究表明,针灸对高血压病和围绝经期综合征有良好的调节作用,但针灸治疗围绝经期高血压的临床疗效及其作用机制的研究可供参考的资料并不多。通过检索近5年的相关文献,在现有研究基础上,根据围绝经期高血压的发病机制及针灸对该病临床研究进行分析并探讨针灸治疗围绝经期高血压可能的作用机制,以期对未来进一步探索针灸治疗该疾病的作用机制及进行临床应用推广提供一定的参考。

There is no unified consensus on the definition and pathogenesis of perimenopausal hypertension.Previous studies have shown that acupuncture has good modulating effects on hypertension and perimenopausal syndrome,but there are not many studies available on the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for perimenopausal hypertension and its mechanism of action.By searching the relevant literature in the past five years,based on the existing studies,we analyzed and discussed the possible mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension based on the pathogenesis of perimenopausal hypertension and the clinical studies of acupuncture on this disease,in order to provide some reference for further exploration of the mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of this disease and the promotion of clinical application in the future.
