基于Fluent的换热器气密性检测数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 在Fluent仿真平台上,采用肥皂液检测法对换热器的微米级泄漏孔进行了数值模拟,采用流体体积(Volume of Fluid, VOF)模型分别研究了气体流速、孔口直径和肥皂液厚度对肥皂泡破裂的临界高度及临界宽度的影响。研究结果表明,随着气体流速的增大,肥皂泡临界高度先减小再增大最后再减小,肥皂泡临界宽度先减小最后趋于稳定;肥皂泡临界高度及临界宽度与孔口直径和肥皂液厚度呈正相关;对肥皂泡临界高度影响程度最大的是肥皂液厚度,其次为孔口直径,影响最小的是气体流速;对肥皂泡临界宽度影响程度最大的是孔口直径,其次为气体流速,影响最小的是肥皂液厚度。 On the Fluent simulation platform,the soap liquid detection method is used to numerically simulate the micron-scale leakage holes of the heat exchanger,and the Volume of Fluid(VOF)model is used to study the effects of gas velocity,orifice diameter and thickness of soap liquid on the critical height and critical width of soap bubble breakage.The research results show that with the increase of gas flow velocity,the critical height of soap bubbles decreases first,then increases,and finally decreases,and the critical width of soap bubbles decreases first and finally tends to be stable.The critical height and critical width of soap bubbles are positively correlated with the orifice diameter and the thickness of the soap liquid.The greatest influence on the critical height of soap bubbles is the thickness of the soap liquid,followed by the orifice diameter,and the least influence is the gas velocity.The greatest influence on the critical width of soap bubbles is the orifice diameter,followed by the gas velocity,and the least influence is the thickness of the soap liquid.
