高职院校教师发展中心现状分析、问题刻画与路径探索 被引量:1

摘要 教师发展中心建设是促进教师发展的重要举措。采用定量与定性相结合的混合研究方法,发现《全国高职院校教师教学发展指数(2021版)》前100所高职院校的教师发展中心存在地区发展比例失衡、院校水平差异明显、部门建制不够完备、组织体系缺乏专业团队、职能定位不够聚焦、服务内容形式单一、制度驱动缺乏主动探索等问题,提出政校合力构建高职院校教师发展生态、多元融通搭建高职院校教师发展体系、研用结合推进高职院校教师发展研究、以及区域协同组建高职院校教师发展联盟等四个发展路径。 The construction of teacher development center is an important measure to implement teacher development.Using a mixed research method combining quantitative and qualitative methods,this paper finds the top 100 higher vocational colleges in the National Higher Vocational College Teacher Teaching Development Index(2021 Edition),exist unbalanced regional development ratio,obvious differences in college level,incomplete departmental system,lack of professional team in organizational system,unfocused function positioning,single service content form,lack of active exploration in system-driven,etc.,and proposes four levels building a teacher development ecology with joint efforts from government and schools;building a teacher development system with multiple integration;promoting teacher development research with integration of research and application;and forming a teacher development alliance with regional collaboration.
