摘要 新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》顺应时代发展的需要,呈现出科学定位、全面育人、产教融合、就业创业及多元合作等亮点,是职业教育发展的指导文件。该法赋予高职教师职业能力新的内涵,因此教师要更新和发展专业能力、方法能力和社会能力,政府、学校和教师要形成合力,培养高素质技能人才,助推职业教育高质量发展。 The amended Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China complies with the needs of the times,and highlights scientific orientation,comprehensive education,integration of production and education and multiple cooperation.It is a milestone of vocational education.The law endows vocational college teachers’professional ability with new connotation.Therefore,teachers should update and develop their professional ability,methodological ability and social ability.And the government,schools and teachers should make joint efforts to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel and to advance quality development of China’s vocational education.
