产教融合既是地方应用型本科高校推进人才资源供给侧结构性改革、高质量发展的重要举措,也是服务地方区域经济发展的路径。目前,地方应用型本科院校面临政策配套支持不足、教育供给与地方产业结构性需求不吻合、各方参与重视程度不一等现实矛盾与困境,应健全产教融合体制机制、创新产教融合模式、明确各方主体责任等,进一步推动产业链、教育链深度融合,为地方社会经济转型升级、提质增效提供人才要素保障。
