高职院校工匠精神养成教育的路径探析

摘要 高职院校开展工匠精神养成教育,对于提高高职学生的发展水平、促进高职院校内涵式发展、提高高职教育的外溢效益具有重要的现实意义。然而,高职院校工匠精神养成教育面临着资源获取渠道单一化、教学体系缺乏系统性、校企合作实效性较弱,以及学生自身缺乏主动性等困境。据此,从提升工匠精神养成教育的针对性、增强工匠精神养成教育的系统性、保持工匠精神养成教育的有效性、探索工匠精神养成教育的长效性四个方面入手,探析高职院校工匠精神养成教育的路径,以期为高职院校优化人才培养方案提供借鉴。 Cultivating craftsmanship in vocational colleges is of great practical significance to the uplifting of their students’growth,the promotion of these schools’substantial development and the expanding of the spillover benefits of higher vocational education.However,the craftsmanship cultivation in vocational colleges is caught up in the following dilemma:single-channeled acquisition of resources;lack of systematic teaching,weak effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation and students’lack of initiative.Accordingly,the article explores the path of craftsmanship cultivation in vocational colleges from four respects for reference in optimizing talent training programs:enhancing its pertinence,strengthening its systematic effect,maintaining its effectiveness and discussing its long-term effectiveness.
