长庆区域电驱压裂装备配套技术研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 在国家大力提升深层页岩油气资源勘探开发力度的背景下,电驱压裂成为储层改造业务板块实现降本增效、节能减排的有效手段。目前电驱压裂技术在长庆油气产区的应用正处于起步阶段,存在现场供电基础薄弱、电网负荷率低、设备单机负载率低等问题,亟需加强装备配套技术方面的研究。结合陇东页岩油、致密气压裂现场应用情况,对比分析了电驱和柴驱设备相关经济技术指标,提出一套适合长庆区域的电驱压裂装备配套技术方案。研究结果表明,需提前统筹规划页岩油气平台电网布局,建立“电网供电为主,燃气发电为补充”的供电模式,同时优化压裂机组配置,充分发挥电驱压裂装备单机功率密度大、作业效率高、购置维保成本低、节能环保等优势,在最短的时间内泵注最多的液量,以确保电驱压裂经济效益最大化。该研究对于推动国内电驱压裂装备规模化应用具有现实指导意义。 As the country vigorously promotes the exploration and development of deep shale oil and gas resources,the electric-powered fracturing has become the effective method for cost saving,efficiency increasing,energy conservation and emission reduction in reservoir stimulation.At present,the application of electric-powered fracturing technology in Changqing oil and gas producing area is in the initial stage,there are many problems such as weak on-site power supply foundation,low load rate of power grid,and low load rate of single equipment,there is an urgent need to strengthen on equipment supporting technology.In this paper,combined with the application of shale oil in Longdong and tight gas,the relevant economic and technical indexes between electric-powered and diesel-powered fracturing are compared and analyzed,a set of supporting technical scheme of electric-powered fracturing equipment suitable for Changqing area is proposed.The research results show that it is necessary to plan the grid layout of shale oil and gas platforms in advance,establish power supply mode that the power supply with grids will be considered as the principal electric source with the supplement of the gas power generation,optimize fracturing unit configuration,make full use of advantages of electric-powered fracturing equipment such as high power density of single unit,high efficiency,low cost of purchase and maintenance,energy saving and environmental protection,and pump the maximum amount of liquid in the shortest time,so as to ensure the maximum economic benefits of electric-powered fracturing.This study has extremely important practical guidance significance for promoting the further expanding the application scale of electric-powered fracturing equipment in China.
