摘要
甘草附子汤源于《伤寒论》,现代应用于类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎等疾病的治疗。本文对甘草附子汤近20年来临床应用及药理作用研究进展进行综述,期望为进一步提高该方临床应用价值和拓展药理基础研究提供参考。
Gancao Fuzi Decoction was recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,osteoarthritis and other diseases in modern times.This paper reviews the clinical application and pharmacological research progress of Gancao Fuzi Decoction in the past 20 years,hoping to provide a reference for further improving the clinical application value of this prescription and expanding its basic pharmacological research.
