慢性偏头痛之“阳郁络阻”病机探讨

Pathogenesis of‘Yang Depression and Collateral Obstruction’in Chronic Migraine

针对慢性偏头痛的疾病特点,导师李彬教授提出“阳郁络阻”为本病的主要病机。“阳郁络阻”即“阳气郁滞,脑络瘀阻”,风、寒、湿、热等邪气和情志内伤致阳气郁滞,阴血亏少、有形之邪尤其是痰浊与瘀血会造成脑络瘀阻,“阳郁”与“络阻”相互影响,缠绵不愈,最终导致慢性偏头痛的发生。

In view of the pathological features of chronic migraine,professor LI Bin proposes that‘Yang depression and collateral obstruction’is the main pathogenesis of the disease.‘Yang depression and collateral obstruction’can be summarized as‘Yang Qi depression and Brain collateral obstruction’and pathogenic factors of wind,cold,dampness and heat and emotional disorders can lead to Yang Qi depression,Yin blood deficiency,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis,which can cause Brain collateral obstruction.‘Yang depression’and‘collateral obstruction’interact each other and lead to the occurrence of chronic migraine eventually.
