基于通补理论探讨脑梗死的辨治思路

Differentiation and Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Based on Theory of Dredging and Nourishing

本文通过阐述通补理论,结合脑梗死的相关发病机理,论述基于通补理论从“不通则梗、不荣则梗”辨治脑梗死,明析在脑梗死的不同病程阶段,应当根据疾病自身特点,综合分期论治,灵活运用通补之法,发挥通补联动之力,寓通于补,寓补于通,以通促补,以补促通,使不通得通,不荣得荣,以达通解血栓栓塞、补养血流灌注之目的,从而梗阻得通,气血得畅,脑窍得以濡养,功能得以康复,以发挥中医药治疗脑梗死的优势作用。

This study elaborates the theory of dredging and nourishing,combined with related pathogenesis of cerebral infarction,which discusses the treatment of cerebral infarction based on the theory of dredging and nourishing from the concept of‘infarction due to failing in dredging,infarction due to failing in nourishing’.It is pointed out that different stages of cerebral infarction should be treated by comprehensive methods according to the characteristics of the disease at different stages,flexible use of dredging and nourishing methods,dredging within nourishing and nourishing within dredging;the infarcted area can be dredged and nourished to achieve the purpose of dissolving thrombus and replenishing blood perfusion,so as to play the advantageous role of TCM in treating cerebral infarction.
