新时代政德观对传统政德观的创新发展体现在三个方面:在政德功能认识上,认识到政德建设事关执政党地位的稳定、政德是整个社会道德建设的风向标、干部选拔须坚持德才兼备的标准。在政德建设内容上,由重私德轻公德、公私德不分,发展为明大德、守公德、严私德。在政德建设路径上,由重教化轻法治、重教化轻实践,发展为德法并重、务实求真。

The innovative development of political morality concept in the new era to the traditional political morality concept is reflected in three aspects.From the functional aspect,it is recognized that the construction of political morality concept is related to the stability of the status of the ruling party,political morality is the vane of the moral construction of the whole society,and the selection of cadres must adhere to the standard of both morality and ability.From the content aspect,it has developed from the over-emphasizing private morality over public morality without clear distinction of them into the understanding the great virtue,keeping public virtue and strict private virtue.From the path aspect,it has developed from emphasizing education and neglecting the rule of law and practice to paying equal attention to morality and law and being pragmatic and realistic.
