做有时代使命感的幼儿教师:基于价值教育的思考

摘要 “安全优质”是新时期我国对幼儿教育提出的新要求,幼儿价值教育是实现“安全优质”幼儿教育的重要途径,实现“安全优质”的幼儿教育关键在幼儿教师。今天的幼儿是美好未来世界之主体,对幼儿进行及时且适宜的、面向未来的价值教育是当今幼儿教师的时代使命。价值教育从幼儿教育抓起,就要从幼儿教师抓起。如何实现幼儿的价值教育,幼儿教师是关键。幼儿教师不仅需要具备相应的价值素养:具有适宜的价值教育理念;充分地理解价值教育的意义;掌握正确的价值教育内容。同时幼儿教师还应掌握有效的价值教育实施策略:通过幼儿一日生活塑造幼儿核心价值观;通过诵读传统文化经典落实教育价值理念;通过儿童哲学课领悟价值教育内涵及教学方法。 "Safety and quality"has been a new requirement for early childhood education in China in recent years,which is realized through the important way of value education implemented by early childhood educators.Today's children are the main body of a bright future world,and it is the duty of today's early childhood educators to carry out timely and appropriate future-oriented value education for them.Value education should be started from infants,but most importantly it should be started from early childhood educators,who play the crucial roles in how to implement the value education.They should possess such corresponding value qualities as mastering the appropriate value education concepts,fully understanding the significance of value education and grasping the correct content of value education.Meanwhile,they should master some effective implementation strategies of value education,for example,shaping infants’core values through their daily life,cultivating their value concept by reading traditional cultural classics and understanding the connotation and teaching methods of value education through philosophy class.
