利益相关者视角下的“好幼儿园教师”

A "Good Early Childhood Educator" from the Perspective of Stakeholders

摘要 好幼儿园教师共通特质的确立,有利于更新大众对幼儿园教师职业的认知,也有利于教师确立更好的发展目标,提升保教质量。不同利益相关者,对“好幼儿园教师”的认知差异较大。基于社会生态理论,通过对不同利益相关者(幼儿、幼儿园教师、幼儿家长和园长)进行半结构访谈,概括出:爱心、耐心、细心和责任心,幼儿为本是成为一名好幼儿园教师的“首要特质”;师德师风,爱岗敬业,外在形象是成为一名好幼儿园教师的“中心品质”;保教结合,内在修养,沟通合作,终身学习理念是不同利益相关者对成为一名好幼儿园教师的“发展建议”。并提炼出不同视角下的“好幼儿园教师”评价标准。基于不同的利益诉求,从心怀热爱、坚定理念、内外兼修、教育协作等方面提出促进幼儿园教师专业发展的建议。 The establishment of the common characteristics of good early childhood educators is conducive to updating the public's understanding of this profession,as well as helping educators to establish their developmental goals and improve their educational qualities.However,different stakeholders have different perceptions on a"good early childhood educator".Based on the theory of social ecology,through semi-structured interviews with different stakeholders including infants,kindergarten teachers,parents and principals,some features of a"good early childhood educator"are summarized from the following aspects:love,patience,carefulness,responsibility and children-oriented are the"primary characteristics"while professional ethics,dedication,and physical appearance are the"central qualities"of being a good early childhood educator.The combination of protection and education,inner cultivation,communication and cooperation,and the lifelong learning concept are the"development suggestions"proposed by different stakeholders of being a good early childhood educator,and the corresponding evaluation criteria from different perspectives are then extracted.According to different interests of stakeholders,some suggestions are put forward to promote the professional development of early childhood educators as follows:be passionate,determined,refined and coordinated both internally and externally.
